Shipping destinations
BoobyShop’s main markets are Canada and the United States. Product availability depends on the destination selected in our store. Some products are available only to customers shipping to the United States. For a destination outside Canada or the United States, contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can fulfill the order.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Processing: 1–3 business days before shipment.
- Standard delivery: an estimated 7–15 business days after shipment. This transit estimate is in addition to processing time.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery can vary depending on destination, carrier, product availability, customs and peak periods. Products fulfilled from local warehouses may arrive sooner, but no shorter delivery time is guaranteed unless specifically confirmed for that product.
Free shipping
Shipping is free for customers under BoobyShop’s current shipping offer. We do not currently advertise a bulky-item shipping surcharge.
Free shipping refers to transportation charges, not an exemption from applicable taxes or import duties. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for applicable import charges not collected at checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Tracking and delivery questions
Use the tracking information associated with your order on our Track Order page. Check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. For an address correction, delayed shipment, missing delivery or other shipping question, contact info@boobyshop.com with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment is underway.
Returns
Return requests and claims are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these shipping estimates or procedures.
